So impressed with the service from Cool-It and Billy. Honesty and company integrity are very apparent. We were told by our management company that our AC unit was causing issues in the building and sent us a quote for repair of $400+ dollars. Billy came out took picture and told me nothing was wrong with the unit or primary or secondary drain lines. He spoke with the building management, showed them pictures and told them our unit was working properly. For me I love when honest people are willing to help a company deal with dishonest property managers. Thank you Billy. I will be recommending you and Cool-it to any one who asked for a great HVAC company.

Finally, after 29 years, I found an Air & Heating company that is competent, fair, and honest. For me, "finding" Cool It Air & Heat is a big deal. I have three AC-Heat systems and am tired of "pitch men" who overstate problems and offer costly solutions. The owner of Coot It, Vixiene, is straightforward honest and a man of his word. Most important, he will not fix it if it is not broken. I also advise anyone looking for AC/Heating service to check the company's standing with the BBB. For too many years I failed to do this and is has cost me dearly. Next, take time to look for reviews on the Internet. In conclusion, let me add that Cool It installers are the best. They left my place spotless.

I’d like to start off by saying, I called a company before Cool It to come check out my unit and the tech pretty much tried to rip me off told me I had quite a few things wrong and tried to charge me about $3200. So of course I wanted to get another opinion and so Cool It told me it was only two things I needed done and the price was no where near what the last guy quoted me. Billy was a very honest man from the jump. He found the issue explained why it happened and got right to work. While working on my unit me and him had good conversation throughout whole process. Billy is a honest man doing a good job and he’s very knowledgeable. Anytime in the future if I occur a problem again I’ll be calling Cool It with no hesitation. So if you’re looking for a company that’s being honest and won’t rip you off this is the company to go with it. Thanks again Cool It for your good work. Good business people still exist. Thanks guys.

Billy just came out for a safety check and tune up of our heating units. I was happy with how quickly I was able to schedule the appointment and he was right on time! He called me before coming and was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone when I made the appointment. I will definitely call them in the spring to check our ac units.
